The One Where I Realized Lorelei Was Going to Make Me Go Broke

I am still working on getting used to the idea or referring to Lorelei as she rather than it, Baby Turner or Appleseed.  I love knowing that I have a precious little girl that is so rowdy inside me.  She is moving more and getting stronger each day! Her daddy has even felt her kick!! Aww yay! He is so proud! She already has him wrapped around her cute little fingers we saw on the ultrasound!

I know I promised more ultrasound pictures but I need my tech savvy husband to get on top of scanning the pictures.  I am not very smart electronically...  However, he is always working so hard to be a great attorney and provider! I love him so much! His work ethic is awesome and he is so good at what he does! Not to mention, he loves it! Loving what you do makes work interesting and easier to wake up for each morning!

Lorelei Update:

I am now 20 weeks and 2 days pregnant! I have come further than I have left to go! Crazy! Passing the half-way point is so great!  I am doing my best to soak up every minute of the pregnancy (at least when I am not sick)! It is starting to move so fast!  I have my first shower in 3 weeks--wow!

Lorelei is supposed to be about 6 1/2 inches long and weight about 10 1/2 ounces.  Since she is measuring big, she weighs over 13 ounces and I am not sure how long she is, but I am sure she is longer than a banana or small cantalope!  I am so happy and thankful God has taken such great care of her during her growth and development! 

She is swallowing more and has started to produce meconium.  (TMI!)  I on the other hand should have gained around 10 to 13 pounds.  I have gained around 9! So I am on track! My doctor wants me to gain around 35.  I still find it hard to imagine gaining that much weight, but I eat whenever I am hungry and focus on healthy foods.  Plus, she is a big girl!

I have finally decided on her bedding! I mean we have finally decided on her bedding.  It is actually sort of hard to find bedding to go with a black crib.  Most websites don't even give you the option of looking at bedding to match a black crib.  I guess I am just ahead (or behind) the times!

Don't flip out too much! I know it is hard to take something this cute!!! 

Also, etsy.com has some of the cutest newborn hats.  I have posted some below!  I love them!!!  I will def. be getting many of them in different sizes!
