Lorelei: Where is Daddy?
Me: He is in Court.
Lorelei: Oh yeah!! He's putting the bad men in jail.

April 2014:

Lorelei's favorite Frozen character is the giant snowman. There is an extra scene of his at the end of the credits. And I quote, "He loves me. He not hurt Lorelei. He protect Lorelei because she is a princess. I want to see him again. GIANT MONSTER SNOWMAN!!! "

Lorelei is an odd duckling.

While I was discussing our upcoming Disney trip with Lorelei, the following conversation ensued:

Me: Would you like to ride the train (monorail) or take the boat to "Mickey's Castle"?

Lorelei: Train!

Me: Let's try the boat this time.

Lorelei: No. Only old people ride the boat.

Me: Ok. (Laughing)

Lorelei: I've changed my mind. I will ride the boat with Daddy. You ride the train.

I'm taking this as Lorelei thinks I'm younger than Jonathan M. Turner! Hahaha

All of the sudden Lorelei bursts into spontaneous song:

Lorelei: Yes, Jesus loves me! The Bible tells me so!

I join in...

Lorelei: Mom! You have to sing it louder so Jesus can hear you!!!!

June 2014:

Lorelei said the following regarding "Big Poppa" by The Notorious B.I.G.: "I like this song. This is a night night song." Hahaha!!! ‪#‎fromthemouthsofbabes

My conversation with Lorelei:
Me: Lorelei, would you like to FaceTime Papa?
Lorelei: Yes. Please hand me your phone.
(I dial my Dad.)
Lorelei: Mom, this says you are calling Daddy.
Me: Well, my daddy and your Papa.
Lorelei: This says Daddy. Papa starts with P. I'm hanging up. You cannot read.
Me: sigh...

While driving and listening to the radio, Trans-siberian Orchestra comes on...

Lorelei: This was playing while Daddy and I looked at the Christmas lights.

Me: Oh yeah?! I like this song.

Lorelei: Me too. Daddy says it is rock 'n roll, but he is wrong. It is Christmas music.

Me: I think it is both.

Lorelei: I'm right. I'm smart. I win. I'm line-leader.

Me: You're modest as well.

Lorelei: Yes, I wear panties.

Me: hahahaha....
